Living Proof: “Living Proof” with Beth Moore is coming to Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan on May 21 and May 22, 2010. Ladies desiring to go as a group need to have their registration fee to Peggy Tucker no later than March 14, 2020.
WMF Ladies and Girls Spring Banquet will be Friday, April 16 at 6:30 p.m. Trina Bresser, from Grace Community Church, will be our guest speaker. Tickets will be on sale March 28 through April 11.
Rick and Connie Stomps will be with us Sunday evening, March 21. They will be bringing us an update on their ministry with the Awana Clubs for children. There will be a dessert fellowship following the service. Please sign up on the bulletin board if you will bring a dessert.

Awana Spaghetti Dinner :Wednesday, March 17
Special Time – 6:00 p.m.
Awana clubbers and their families are invited as well as members of our church family. We are in need of donations of some food items: 1 pound boxes of spaghetti and jars of meat sauce. There is a sign-up sheet on the notice board. Please have your donations in by Tuesday, March 16.
Nominating Committee: Please see the list of officers open for the next fiscal year, posted on the bulletin board. If you are willing to serve in a particular capacity or know of someone who is (all prospects must be members of the church), please notify a member of the Nominating Committee in writing. Heather Beaman, Jay Hackleman, Judy Landenberger, Anita Potts, Roger Williams or Pastor Cosand.
From Eden to Egypt to Become Bethelite Focus
For the spring quarter, the Bethelite Class will begin a study of From Eden to Egypt, investigating the book of Genesis. From the first test of love for Him in the Garden to the treatment Joseph received from his brothers, they will trace failures of fallen human beings. They will discover that despite man’s failures, God didn’t swerve from His purposes or suspend any of His promises! If you don’t regularly attend, Jay Hackleman and the Bethelite Sunday School Class invite you to join them beginning March 7th for the Genesis study every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. in the Lounge.
Mission Update: Norm and Gwen Bowman
On weekends Norman travels to Madrid to train and pray with a small group in Formational Prayer and Spiritual Disciplines. God has moved within the people and touched hearts because the group is seeking a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit. Please pray for the Bowmans to have strength for the spiritual battle and for the intercession of the Holy Spirit during these times of spiritual warfare. Pakistani and Arab friends are witnessed to by the Bowmans on a regular basis. Pray for the Bowmans to have Christian discernment, power, boldness, love, grace and patience always. Pray that two disciples of the Bowmans, Paul and Jeannette, can attend seminary in the U.S. They need spiritual strength and financial support. Pray that God will move people here to support the Bowmans as the economy worsens and the value of the dollar continues to drop. The Bowmans are accomplishing things for the glory of Christ and they are seeing the fruit of their labors. Pray earnestly for their support and perseverance to continue in Spain.
